Bringing Your Cost Down to
Your insurance reimbursement can lower this cost even further.
Upon completion of your Invisalign consultation, our front desk will schedule you for a Data Collection appointment (scan, photos, X-rays – all included). They will collect a $250 fully-refundable deposit to lock in the limited-time lowest discount. That deposit will be credited towards full payment due at that Data Collection appointment.
Invisalign Payment Options
Financial considerations should never be an obstacle to obtaining a happier and healthier smile. We have different options available to fit everyone’s individual needs.
- Upfront Payment (Lowest Total Cost): Pay the total cost in full ($3,279) at your first appointment. Any insurance reimbursement will be sent directly to you
- Monthly Payments: Apply for financing and choose a monthly plan that works for you, starting as low as $62.07/month.
- Low Down Payment With In-Office Plan: Put down an initial payment and pay off the rest over 6-9 months.
- Insurance Payment Sent to Us Instead of You: Subtract your estimated insurance payment from $3,579 and a payment of the balance will be collected (minimum $1000).
Paying for Invisalign With Insurance
A good portion of dental insurance plans has some kind of Invisalign coverage. You will have to confirm that your individual plan includes the proper coverage. Not all plans with orthodontic coverage actually cover Invisalign. In addition, some plans only cover orthodontics for patients at a certain age (often 18-21).
For plans that do have Invisalign coverage, the reimbursement range is typically $1,000 to $3,000 and may be sent directly to the patient or provider (this varies by plan). At Dentistry at Suburban Square, we charge you $3,279 upfront and then will reimburse you with any insurance coverage later. We will also handle the submission and follow up with your insurance company for you. Other dentists often will wait for payments from insurance but ultimately charge you more in out-of-pocket expenses.
